The nuptials of Carly Zucker and Joe Cole took place this past weekend and I have to admit, it was a classy affair – with a demure looking, beautiful bride and an elegant setting.
I’m not a huge WAG follower and usually find their weddings a little ostentatious for my liking; however Carly Zucker’s wedding style was refined and classic, with a stunning choice of bridal gown and richly coloured bridesmaid dresses…

I loved seeing the pictures of Denise Van Outens recent wedding to Joseph star Lee Mead! Her stunning Jenny Packham dress and laid back style sent me ga ga, but it was her wedding headband that really had me drooling…
Taking a leaf out of Nicole Richie’s hippy chic style, Denise Van Outen wore a 70’s style bejeweled wedding headband that I suspect was actually a necklace (which is exactly what the Hollywood starlets wear) and so I’ve scoured online stores to find a gorgeous piece of hair bling!
The trick is to go with an adjustable necklace – that way you can choose how far down your forehead it should sit – and if you’re worried about your wedding headband slipping, simply secure it with a couple of discreet grips.
Denise Van Outen wore what looks like an ornate diamond headband – so I’ve chosen one from Debenhams that has an intricate design, but simple chain. The Triple Feather Necklace by Erickson Beamon is perfect for laid back wedding style!
